Before you can connect your smartphone to SFone Wireless, you need to confirm that your smartphone is compatible with our network. Once you’ve confirmed your phone’s compatibility, and (if necessary) installed your new SIM card, you are ready to perform a network reset.
To perform an iPhone Network Reset
Option 1:
Ensure that Mobile Data is on by going to Settings > Cellular > tap Cellular Data, to toggle the button to green.
Perform a network reset by going to Settings > General > Scroll down and tap Reset > tap Network Reset Settings. Don’t worry, this network reset will not delete or affect any information stored on your phone.
If prompted, enter your iPhone password.
If this process fails, try Option 2.

From your home screen, tap the green phone icon
